The Indian football is currently in a crisis after the Masters Rights Agreement (MRA) between the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and Football Sports for Development Limited (FSDL) ended and it is likely that the deal might not be renewed

This has meant that the Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-2026 season as well the I-League and lower divisions is yet to finish as there is an ongoing tussle between the clubs and AIFF to get the season.

While no football league is likely to be played in 2025 now we are at the end of the year, there is a hope for a league only at the beginning of 2026. And now that the year 2025 is coming to an end, we have listed the top 10 highest Indian goal scorers in 2025. This list includes goals from all competitions and first tier to bottom tier.
