The first season of Canada Super 60 began on 9 October (India) with three matches played on the first day at the Vancouver Ground. There was a lot of excitement among cricket fans regarding the start of this new tournament, and the matches on the first day were also quite exciting, providing a lot of entertainment to the spectators. Match 10:
Mississauga Masters (119/0 in 8.1 overs) defeated Toronto Sixers (116/6 in 10 overs) by 10 wickets.

Canada Super 60 2025 Match 1 Result: BRB vs TSS 

In the first match of the first day, Brampton Blitz (BRB) and Toronto Sixers (TSS) played, where Toronto Sixers won the toss and chose to field first. Batting first, Brampton Blitz got off to a good start with star openers Martin Guptill and Will Smeed giving the team a quick start. Although Will Smeed got run out on the first ball of the third over after scoring 24 runs in 7 balls, and James Vince, who came to bat, took the team forward to a big score along with Guptill. Brampton Blitz managed to score 136 runs in 10 overs, thanks to an excellent innings of 56 runs in 25 balls by James Vince and 36 runs in 15 balls by Martin Guptill.

Chasing 137, the Toronto Sixers got off to a flying start from the English openers Jason Roy and Alex Hales. Both batsmen played aggressive innings from the beginning and took the team’s score above 70 runs in five overs. Although Jason Roy was dismissed after scoring 25 runs in 11 balls. However, Hales’ impressive performance continued from the other end, and he scored 86 runs in 32 balls to help his team win the match by eight wickets.

Canada Super 60 2025 Match 2 Result: MIM vs MRT

The second match of the first day was played between Mississauga Masters (MIM) and Montreal Royal Tigers (MRT), where Montreal Tigers won the toss and chose to field first. Masters came to bat first, but they did not get a good start and lost both openers before the third over. However, Shoaib Malik and Saif Zaib, who came to bat after that, batted cautiously and led the team towards a good score. Saif Zaib played an aggressive innings and scored 47 runs in 15 balls with the help of 5 sixes, while Shoaib Malik returned to the pavilion after scoring 23 runs in 15 balls. After the dismissal of these two batsmen, the other Masters batsmen did not perform well and could score only 113 runs in 10 overs.

Sri Lankan all-rounder Isuru Udana bowled brilliantly for Montreal Royal Tigers, taking four wickets in his two overs. Chasing 114 runs, Royal Tigers’ opening batsmen got off to a good start and took the team’s score past 45 in three overs. However, Josh Brown was dismissed for 29 off 16 balls and Tom Moores for 31 off 12 balls. After a good start from the opening batsmen, Royal Tigers achieved the target in 8.4 overs and won the match by seven wickets. Due to his excellent bowling, Isuru Udana was rewarded as the player in this match.

Canada Super 60 2025 Match 3 Results: VAK vs WRW

In the third match of the first day, Vancouver Kings (VAK) and White Rock Warriors (WRW) played, where the White Rock Warriors won the toss and chose to field first. The match did not start well for the Kings as Max Chu was dismissed for 9 off 8 balls. However, Moeen Ali, who came in to bat next, batted brilliantly along with Nauman Anwar and managed the innings well for the Kings. Both batsmen batted well; Noman Anwar made 49 off 21 balls, while Moeen Ali made 63 off 27 balls. Due to this, Kings managed to score a big total of 156 runs in 10 overs.

Chasing 157, White Rock Warriors did not have a good start as opening batsmen Chris Lynn and Shikhar Dhawan were dismissed early. Although Dawid Malan tried to salvage the innings with a steal, wickets kept falling from the other end. Despite Dawid Malan’s brilliant knock of 45 runs from 15 balls, the Rock Warriors lost the match by 25 runs. The Vancouver Kings bowlers bowled brilliantly, and three bowlers managed to take 3 wickets each.

Canada Super 60 2025 Match 4 Result: MIM vs BRB

In the fourth match of the tournament on the second day, Mississauga Masters (MIM) and Brampton Blitz (BRB) faced off, with Brampton Blitz winning the toss and choosing to field first. Masters did not get an excellent start in their openers, as Ravi Bopara, Hero Saif Zaib and Shoaib Malik went out without scoring good Runs in the last match. However, Leus du Plooy and Shubham Ranjane played responsibly and handled the master’s innings. Plooy scored 55 in 21 balls, while Shubman scored 36 in 11 balls, due to which the team reached an excellent total of 151 runs in 10 overs.

Chasing 152, Brampton Blitz got an excellent start from their openers. However, Guptill and Smeed didn’t play long innings with the bat, but they helped the team reach 46 within 4 overs. But Blitz captain David Wiese played an outstanding inning of 58 runs in 18 balls, which helped their team to win the match in the last over.

Canada Super 60 2025 Match 5 Result: VAK vs MRT

In the fifth match of the tournament on the second day, Vancouver Kings (VAK) and 

Montreal Tigers (MRT) played, where the Tigers won the toss and chose to field first. Kings come to bat first and their openers give the team an outstanding start. Max Chu and Nauman Anwar played aggressively from the beginning, which allowed Kings to score 140 runs in 6 overs. Max Chu scored 82 runs in 23 balls, while Nauman Anwar scored 44 runs in 17 balls. King’s captain Pretorius also played well and scored 53 runs in 14 balls. Overall, due to the outstanding performance by the kings, they reached a great total of 206 in 10 overs.

In response to the 207 target, Montreal Royal Tigers did not get a good start as they were required to chase down the great total. Josh Brown scored 39 runs in 10 balls, while other batters did not play well, due to which the Royal Tigers scored just 126 runs and lost the match by 80 runs.

Canada Super 60 2025 Match 6 Result: WRW vs TSS

In the sixth match of the tournament on the second day, White Rock Warriors (WRW) and Toronto Sixers (TSS) played, where the Sixers won the toss and chose to field first. The Warriors came to bat first, but their opener, star Indian batter Shikhar Dhawan, failed again to score in this match. However, Chris Lin scored 34 runs in 17 balls, and Aaron Jones, who came to bat in the middle overs, played an outstanding Inning of 67 runs in 15 balls, due to which the team reached at a good total of 164 in 10 overs.

After getting a target of 164, Toronto 6 shirts did not get a good start from their openers as Jason Roy got out after scoring just 7 runs. Moreover, Indian star Suresh Raina also failed to score good runs. However, Alex helped, and Shivam Sharma played some good knocks as Hales scored 60 runs and Shivam scored 30 runs, which helped their team reach at 134, but they lost the match by 30 runs.

In the seventh match of the tournament on the third day, Vancouver Kings (VAK) and Mississauga Masters (MIM) played, where the Masters won the toss and chose to field first. Kings got a good start again from their top order as Max Chu and Moeen Ali scored 33 and 34 runs, respectively. And a few more innings from other betters helped Kings reach at 121 runs in 10 overs.

The Masters opener gave a good start to the team again as Ravi Bopara and Plooy scored 21 and 18 runs respectively. Saif Zaib also Scott 32 runs in 14 balls. This helped the Masters to win the match in 9 overs.

In the eighth match of the tournament on the third day, Brampton Blitz (BRB) and White Rock Warriors (WRW) played, where the Blitz won the toss and chose to field first. White Warriors came to bat first, but Shikhar Dhawan failed to score again. Moreover, Malan and Joe Clarke also got out earlier. Chris Lynn scored 25 runs and Jordan Thomson scored 57, helping the team reach at a total of 115 in 10 overs.

After getting a low target of 116, Blitz openers gave an outstanding start to the team. Martin Guptill scored 35 runs in 18 balls, while Will Smeed scored 71 runs in 26 balls. Their excellent performance helped their team to win the match by 8 wickets.

In the ninth match of the tournament on the third day, Montreal Royal Tigers (BRB) and Toronto Sixers (TSS) played, where the Sixers won the toss and chose to bat first. The Sixers’ English opener gave a good start to the team again. Jason Roy scored 41 runs in 26 balls, while Alex Hales scored 21 in 19 balls. Moreover, Suresh Raina also scored 19 runs in 8 balls in the middle order, which helped the team reach a total of 103 runs.

As Royal Tigers came to chase, they did not get a good start with the bat as Daniel Sams took a hat-trick with the wickets of Josh Brown, Shakib Al Hasan, and Isuru Udana in the first over. However, Dilpreet Bajwa played responsibly and scored 68 runs in 22 balls, which helped the Tigers to win the match by 5 wickets.
