Nepal Premier League 2025 kicked off in style on Monday, 17 November at the TU International Cricket Stadium in Nepal, where Janakpur Bolts and Kathmandu Gorkhas faced each other in the opening clash.
Janakpur Bolts got the chance to bat first, and despite Aasif Sheikh’s 54 off 41 balls, they could only manage 130 runs. Kathmandu Gorkhas chased the target comfortably, thanks to Ben Charlesworth’s 46 and Aakash Tripathi’s 39.
In match 2, Chitwan Rhinos defeated Karnali Yaks by 4 wickets. Biratnagar Kings beat Pokhara Avengers by 53 runs in the third game of NPL 2025.
