Tonight’s edition of WWE NXT (October 21, 2025) comes from the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida.
The blog will be updated throughout the evening with preview of all the crucial information, significant events, and match winners.
Halloween Havoc, NXT’s yearly big event, is coming up this Saturday. Even though Shotzi Blackheart might not be hosting this time, WWE is working hard to keep the show as awesome as it always is.
On Tuesday’s NXT, they started a tournament to pick someone to challenge for the men’s Speed Championship. Wrestlers from Evolve and NXT are competing.
Plus, Trick Williams and Ricky Saints signed the contract for their match at Halloween Havoc. Here’s a rundown of everything from this week’s NXT.

Leon Slater vs. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo
TNA’s Leon Slater travelled to NXT this week to defend his X-Division Title against Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo.
Slater charged in with a barrage of fast-paced techniques, but when Stacks grabbed him in the corner, he beat him down. Evans was at ringside, cheering on Slater, while Arianna Grace was in Stacks’ corner.
The first half of the contest was acceptable, but the second half was far more entertaining. Slater accidently knocked Grace off the apron when she was attempting to assist Stacks in cheating, but Evans caught her in his arms.
Slater won with a 450 splash, retaining his X-Division championship. After the bout, Evans and Slater said that they wanted to join up for a tag match and issued an open challenge, which was promptly accepted by Mr Iguana and La Parka.
Jasper Troy def. Zachary Wentz
Jasper Troy beat Zachary Wentz from TNA to move on to the finals of the Men’s Speed Tournament. Wentz started strong, landing a big twisting plancha and a Swanton Bomb, but somehow Troy managed to kick out.
Then, Troy came back with a Blackhole Slam to win and keep going in the tournament.
Axiom vs Sean Legacy
The second men’s Speed match of the night pitted Evolve’s Sean Legacy against Axiom. This was a fast-paced, hard-hitting battle. They made the most of every second and crammed as much into the allotted time as possible.
Despite the brief time, they did a lot to keep this enjoyable. They didn’t have enough time to fully sell anything, but they did well with what they had.
Axiom triumphed with only a few seconds remaining on the clock and advanced to the tournament’s finals. He’ll meet Troy in the finals next week.
Hank and Tank vs OTM
Bronco Nima and Lucien Price made an impact in their comeback match, beating Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. To win the tag team fight, the huge duo isolated Ledger and delivered a crushing twin slam.
After the bell sounded, Price and Nima resumed their onslaught, knocking Walker down the steps and planting Ledger through a table.
The Culling vs Fatal Influence
The tag match between Fatal Influence and The Culling, which we set up earlier, closed out the show. Dame and Paxley wrestled Jayne and Lainey Reid. All four women came ready to go. Jayne’s improved a lot the last few years; she seems like a complete wrestler now. Everything she did, both when attacking and defending, looked really good.
Some may be shocked, but this was the most fun match of the night. Jayne scored the win for her team by pinning Paxley as Reid and Henley ganged up on Dame outside the ring.
After the match, Paxley took out all three members of Fatal Influence on her own before showing off the NXT title.
